As climate change is found to materialize even faster (IPCC, 2021), thus with demands expected to grow, there is need for quantification of these future demands and their evaluation. In the aftermath of Corona and its very budget demands, such knowledge of and frameworks to support prioritization in these climate change related public expenditures is particularly crucial. The here proposed project develops a quantitative framework to inform decision makers in their prioritization, integrates their specific information demand from the very beginning, and discusses results with them.
